Check the contents of the package

Ensure all components are included: handle, handy cleaner, power brush, charger, screws, and user manual.

Assembling the Handle and Main Body

Insert the guiding parts of the handle into the hole of the main body. Insert the guide key into the holes of the handle, then fasten the screw using a (+) screwdriver.

Assembling the Main Body and Power Brush

Insert the connector of the power brush into the hole of the main body until it clicks into place.

The Samsung SS7500 Series Vacuum Cleaner has some known problems that occur often. Here are some easy to do solutions for the problems or error codes your Samsung might be giving you.

Motor downs and does not start

The motor of the vacuum cleaner is not functioning, likely due to an issue with power supply or overheating. Ensure that the cable, plug, and socket are correctly connected and functioning. Allow the motor to cool down before attempting to restart.

Suction force is gradually decreasing

The vacuum cleaner's suction power is reducing, possibly due to blockage or dirty filters. Check the vacuum for blockages and remove any obstructions. Clean the filters as instructed in the manual to restore suction power.

Charging lamp does not turn off or change color

The charging indicator light remains on and does not signal completion of charging by changing color. This is not a malfunction of the product. Ensure both power buttons are turned off before charging. The lamp will remain on even when charging is complete.

Suction Force Maintenance
